Its a story of a dystopian future where an evil overlord rules. He likes to mess with people so he creates a word no one is allowed to say. If you say it your life will be ruined! But he selects a group of 10 percent of the people who are allowed to say the word and not have their life ruined. They can say the work anytime they want. They can even call the people who are not allowed to say the word, the word. The can laugh and joke and say the word. They can put the word in songs and make the songs popular but if someone who is not allowed to say the word sings the song and says the word their life is ruined.
